Jon has negotiated complex recording agreements, co-publishing agreements, various licensing agreements and investment agreements in connection with the entertainment and live music industry. Jon also represents his clients in the court room (state and federal) and has successfully settled or won numerous cases including claims for breach of contract, copyright infringement, business torts and collection for back royalties. Through his experience and contacts Jon is in a unique position to assist established and new artists of any genre with all aspects of their career and goals within and outside the spectrum of music or film.
